Many people who live a suburban life love their pets, and yet, they want to get out of the growing city, and move to a more rural paradise; one with mountains, lakes, forests, and open space. Who can blame them? They want to live in a scenic paradise, unfortunately, there is only one problem, they have domesticated pets; little dogs and cats.
You see, you have to be very careful in these rural areas because there are coyotes, wolves, and big birds, etc. They are always looking for tasty morsels. Domesticated pets do not stand a chance. The reality is that most domesticated animals although we think they are very smart, are not nearly as smart, cunning, or wise about their safety as they should be.
This is because when you feed an animal, they don’t have to think about much and they can just kick back all day. Because they are not using their brains to survive, and over many, many, generations they have been dummied down. Many wolves have similar IQs to Dolphins, and they hunt in packs. They use various tactics to strategically trap their prey, surround them, and attack.
And in case you didn’t know it, birds of prey are cunning and very smart, and their eyesight is five times as good as your little cat. The reality is domesticated pets don’t stand a chance with Wild Predators, especially on their home turf.
If you let your domesticated pets outside in such an area, it is only a matter of time, until one of these predators grabs them and haul them off, or flies away with them and in their claws. This is something you better think about if you are thinking about moving from suburban life to a rural scenic environment. Please consider all this.
